Bray’s Smokehouse was founded in 2019 by brothers Jason and Justin Bray. After spending the better
part of a decade traveling throughout Texas and beyond competing in BBQ cookoffs and honing their
craft beer recipes, it became apparent they were destined for something bigger. With 13 Grand
Championship trophies, 12 Reserve Grand Championship trophies, 3 State Championships, and
countless other awards over the years, they had made a name for themselves in the BBQ community.
They decided to combine their passions, and bring something unique to their hometown….and Bray’s

Smokehouse was born.

Since then, our mission at Bray’s has been to provide our spin on BBQ and open up the possibilities
beyond the standard pit to plate, and find unique and creative ways to incorporate our award winning
BBQ into countless other dishes. “Craft ‘Que” as we like to call it. Combined with one of our 16 craft
beers on tap, a bar full of signature cocktails, attentive and passionate service staff, in our fully
remodeled dining room, the dining experience is guaranteed to be a memorable one.
